The Double Eagle and Cabin Eagle are not Part 103
Milholland also sells plans for the Double Eagle ($95) and the Cabin Eagle ($125). Both are LSA, not ultralights. Different rulebook, licence, and N-number. Make sure you order the plans you meant to order.
