Fisher Flying Products
Part 103 Buyer’s GuideFisher Flying Products
Wood. Six Part 103 designs of it. One of the broadest wooden-construction lineages the sport has produced, now a division of CKD.Aero. Fisher is Canadian, not American, and it is here because Americans have been building these for forty years. Importing one is your job.
3COUNTRIES, ONE LINEAGE
Ohio, then South Dakota, then Ontario. Ownership has moved more than once, and contact pages 404’d during our July 2026 pass. The designs are proven. The company you are buying from today needs confirming.
Published today: CAD pricing on their site. FP-202 $18,887 CAD, FP-303 $13,303 CAD. Verify current figures.
What it can and cannot do
The capability table.
Yes published as standard · Optional factory option or variant · No not available. Fisher’s lineup varies more by model than most, so confirm per design.

Six Part 103 designs.
The best-documented price in the lineup. Wood, fabric, and a long history.

Two things to check before you send money
The Avenger is not Part 103. And Canadian shipping to the US means an import, with the paperwork and the cost that carries. Neither is a reason not to buy. Both are reasons to ask first.
Who it suits
- Builders drawn to wooden construction who have the shop and the patience for it.
- Anyone who already knows the Fisher lineage and wants back into it.
- Buyers who accept a longer verification process before ordering.
- People who want six designs to choose between inside one construction method.
What you give up
- Current ownership and status need verifying with the manufacturer, not with us.
- Older aggregator listings do not reflect the current lineup. Ignore them.
- Wooden construction needs shop space and technique. It is not bolt-together.
- Contact pages returned 404 during our July 2026 pass.
- Cross-border purchase. You are importing an aircraft kit.
Verified contact
How to reach them directly.
Contact pages 404’d during verification. Email Dave and confirm the company is trading before you commit.
Part 103 compliance is yours
An aircraft marketed as Part 103 capable can exceed the 254 lb powered empty-weight limit once engines, instruments, and options are added. Canadian ultralight rules are not FAR Part 103. A design sold as an ultralight in Ontario is not automatically inside the American envelope. You weigh the finished vehicle and you confirm compliance with 14 CFR 103 before you fly it. See the Part 103 disclaimer.
Are you Fisher Flying Products? This listing is free and independent, and right now it carries caveats because your contact pages 404’d and your lineup needed confirming. Send us the current model list and pricing through the contact page and the caveats come off. The free listing is not conditional on any paid engagement.
Your buyer just configured an airplane. Could they do that on your site?
Built by Christopher Eller. If you build Part 103 aircraft and want this on your own domain, with the leads landing in your inbox instead of ours, that is the whole job and I do all of it.
